"Lay it before the Lord––what shakes you won't break you when God fights for you."

Lord,

You are the God who created heaven and earth––who sees all, knows all, and rules over every nation, every leader, every spirit. I come before You now not pretending to be strong, but because I know You are. There are threats in my life––words, fears, memories, situations––that have tired to shake my faith and make me doubt Your presence. Some of them mock my trust in You. Some remind me of past defeats. But today, like Hezekiah, I lay it all before you.

I spread this situation at Your feet.

I, lay my fears, my doubts, my hurt, my pain at Your feet. I'm not asking You to deliver me just for my comfort––but because I want Your name to be glorified. Let the people around me see that You are still God who answers. Let my life be evidence of Your power, Your mercy, and Your faithfulness. Remind me that You hear when I call. Speak peace to my spirit where fear has crept in. Send help in a way only You can. Send angels, send answers, send strength––whatever You choose, just let it be You. And if You're allowing me to wait, Then help me wait well and with joy. You are the same God who defended Judah, who heard a humble king's prayer and responded with fire and glory. So I believe You'll do it again––in my life, in my story, in my soul.

In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
